Ryan Mikle
Ryan's 18 pounds in the Spring Challenge is impressive enough but his journey to seeing abs began in February at 210 pounds and is now walking around 35 pounds lighter at 173. The journey wasn't without bumps and bruises by any means. Working through much more adversity than most. Hormonal issues along with one heck of a work load. There was a time when he didn't think 7,000 steps a day was possible. Abs are on the horizon and hopefully so are some fish :) hahaha
Jonathan Bench
Jonathan lost 15 pounds during the past 8 weeks and did it in amazing fashion. He truly ran the play day in day out. Zero deviations from the program. This is just the beginning! Can't wait to see what his 1 year transformation looks like! He's been a huge team player within his home working as a power couple with his wife Tracy. Can't wait to get a workout in locally with these guys!
Jonathan Lilja
aka Mr. Pizza Party! Lilja is the life of the party anywhere he goes! This man has single handedly turned Team Elite into one of the most interesting groups of anything I have ever been a part of! And then we get to the serious side. Jonathan is a man that will not be outworked unless he falls out dead from the work. One of the toughest SOB's around! He's had his ups and downs but throughout his first 8 week challenge he found out who he was. During this past 8 week challenge he found out who he was meant to be. Watch out for this guy moving forward. Oh yeah...he dropped 11 pounds this challenge and picked up a ton of confidence!
Travis Kris McAnelly
Kris is a one of a kind man that's for sure. Quiet and to the point. He does the work and pushes himself further than most would. Doesn't let himself go on the easy things. Has an internal discussion with every workout every walk every bite of food and makes the best decision each time. Kris started this journey in April at 335 and today is walking around at a cool 299! Over 35 pounds in 8 weeks! This hasn't come easy. It wont get easier. He also won't slow down! Kris has been a major inspiration to the team and I can't wait to see how many people he inspires throughout his journey!
Janine Forget
Growth was the name of the game and mentally the past 8 weeks were a growing extravaganza! Going from not even believing she could be part of our Elite Coaching program to dominating every challenge set before her. "I can't run a 5k!" to "I just PR'd my on a whim 10k!" to so many other knockdown challenges she faced! A solid member of TRM! Looking forward to watching her grow even more!
Chris Lents
Chris has been amazing at tackling his daily tasks and running the play since day 1. This wasn't without some adjusting though. We learned what worked and what didn't. He wasn't afraid to try something new when he was asked and more importantly, took it on with a full head of steam! One day at a time, step by step, brick by brick, he has pulled down 35 pounds and is still running strong! Week after week he turns in damn near perfect assessments and if there's ever any slack to be picked up, he handles it right away. 1% better every day. Winning this race called life.
